Outlook Support Ticket Number
Outlook Support - New Ticket vs. Re-opening old ticket.
Do we (Microsoft customers/consumers who notice and/or consider utilizing this feedback system) think Microsoft Outlook support should be able to create a new ticket for us when we send them an email and it re-opens a new ticket? I would say yes or offer to do this on our behalf. Yes. You are still a Microsoft customer even if you do not have Premium Outlook.
