Custom labels for contact email addresses.
Please allow the option to create custom titles for email addresses. Rather than just "email" it would be convenient if we could label our contact's email addresses to "Microsoft Account" or "Apple ID". This makes it easier when sharing content to these services.

Please add the ability to create a custom label for phone numbers like Apple does in their Contact list.
Here's my use case: I have a contact that is an organization. Let's call it 'ABC Company' I have multiple phone numbers including: Technical Support, Billing, Customer Retention, etc. This is how my data is structured in iCloud. I have one contact with multiple phone numbers with custom labels.
If I don't have the ability to create a custom label for each phone number then I have to convert my one contact to multiple contacts and include the custom label in the name. Now instead of one contact, I get three contacts in my address book:
ABC Company - Technical Support
ABC Company - Billing
ABC Company - Customer Retention
So, not having this feature creates a DATA CONVERSION problem for users. I'd like to move my contact list from iCloud to Outlook but it's a lot of work and I'm not willing to invest my time and adopt the People functionality at this time.
The people hub for Outlook.com/web is so basic. Impossible to use.
Just like Google Conatcts, there should be an option when adding phone numbers and email addresses to have a CUSTOM Label. "Customer Service", "Technical Dept" "Admin" "Don's Office" and so on, as the contact determines. The pre-set labels are total rubbish. Until People gets as good as Google Contacts I will have no choice other than to stick with the latter, preventing me from being MS ONLY. Thanks MS, I'm sure you can do better than this...
Can we get separate field labels when viewing email, just like when composing email? Like From, recipient address, subject, etc? As it is now, I've seen spammers exploit the current layout like so,
1. Having a long email address, messing up the formatting of the information fields
2. Inputing a legitimate email address in the name field, here's a suggestion, when the name field has characters like at or empty, automatically mark it as spam.
Having labelled and separate information fields will make it easier to recognize spam and will be an overall improvement than the current layout.
I would like to be able to create custom labels for phone numbers and addresses too.
There are a lot of features in google contacts, that I would like to have. I.e. labels or custom attributes. Without these usefull things, I cannot switch from Google to MS.
