Thank you for your feedback! We have just released an option to switch to more saturated calendar colors in the new Outlook.

If you would like to try out this experience, please click on the gear icon in the top right of your calendar module to access your settings, and toggle “Bold event colors”.

It would be best if we could choose our own colours using the same syntax from HTML or a better colour picker, but be free to choose the exact colours we want.

On the calendar I can categorise events using colours. These colours used to be bright and vibrant. Now they only look vibrant when they I select an individual event. I am severely dyslexic and rely on the colours to be able to differentiate events on the page at a glance. Now when I look at the calendar everything is muted. When they are all pastel instead of primary I'm not able to differentiate. I have tried dark mode and it helps a little but it also affects my emails which I can't navigate in dark mode.

I want the old sparkling colours back in the agenda. Now everything looks gray. Sparkling bright colours give me more overview in my agenda
