Keep outlook classic
I love outlook - and prefer it over google mail - for its classic, clear and business look. It was professional and not confusing like Google mail. Outlook, keep your strong identity. Don't be Coca Cola trying to copy Pepsi.

I would like the classic outlook back, this format a horrible, it has taken me 1 hour to get my e mails back and it was a good thing I had a backup of my contacts, all my groups have gone, and you will not let me put 5 groups in that you have wiped out, who's idea was this, I may a well use Goggle mail

this is a horrible format; impossible to sort mails by sender, recipient, subject, into any kind of neat categories. please change back to classic format asap

improvements aren't always improvements...in the past could order folders alphabetically. now can only order Favorites...why? I don't use "favorites" - i keep all my folders together. Now I have a bunch of folders that are alphabetized but all the new ones I've added are on top of the list unalphabetized. Does NOT make sense !! I'd like a response

I agree . . . my classic disappeared this morning , July 18, 2019. I don't mind changes sometimes, but this one is messed up! Please change Outlook back or at least give us a choice.

Agree! Why is Outlook trying to fix something that is not broken?
