Task, favorite, editing bars - where did they go?

Task and utility bars. Where did they go?

How do I restore the favorites bar, bottom task bar, and editing-reply bar? Hotmail has become useless. Why?

I have a task bar on my desktop but can’t seem to figure out how to add this feature to my mobile devices. I have tasks that need to be completed on the weekends and I use this task bar feature to remind me of who to call, clients DOB etc.. How can I add this feature to my mobile device?
