Same problem. The contacts are there because they appear when I start to type the name in search but there are no contact lists at all. And the only way to send an email to one of my contacts was to type in the address in full. The contact's inward email also started going to junk after years being a contact! Yes, where are the answers on this forum?

My contact list on hotmail that i have had for donkeys years has now disappeared in past 3-6 months. I wasn't syncing them to my phone which has an outlook account for work, so i assumed they were safe in hotmail world. But They are gone. How do you get them back? Are there answers on this forum?

I had hundreds of people in my contact list. Somehow MS didn't think that they were important as they deleted my entire list. Yet another reason to get rid of hotmail. MS sucks!!!!!

I can't find the directory anywhere. I suggest putting in an easy-to-access button for the directory.
