This goes back to 2018. The problem was fixed, but now it is back again. Not sure what happened, but please fix as soon as possible.

Still working on it...?
When I add (for example) spotify.com to my safe senders to ensure emails from this domain do not go to my Junk folder, emails from support.spotify.com still end up in my Junk.

You have been working on it for over a year. When can we expect it to be finished? Examples of emails going to junk that are in the safe sender list:
Getting extremely annoying especially when you are not allowing us to turn off the filter. And some of the emails going to junk are pretty important such as the notifications.e-registry.ca
Adding the parent domain as a 'safe sender' should include all subdomains. Currently for example, marking "microsoft.com" as a safe sender will NOT include "emails.microsoft.com". This means unnecessarily having to add a huge number of safe senders, and missing crucial emails in the meantime.

6 month later and no update?

Safe senders list deleted by Outlook. Tried to add a new entry into Safe Senders list and clicked on 'Save'; new entry disappeared. Cannot add anything!! All messages now going to Spam. Why?
JUNK MAIL SETTINGS
with new re-work of settings the option to use a domain for "Safe Senders" is not working; gives error message of not a valid email format.
