I have emails going directly to my deleted file and some of them are from Microsoft about junk or not junk.
FIX ALL THE PROBLEMS AND IT MAY BE OK. IT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN PUT OUT TO BE USED IF IT HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS WITH IT THIS IS WHY I GOT YOUR MESSAGE FOR FEEDBACK IS BECAUSE I AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH IT RIGHT NOW.

You might enjoy the new Outlook experience more with a few changes to your settings, which you can find by clicking the gear icon. Try changing the setting for Conversation view to Off, changing the setting for Reading pane to Hide, and changing the setting for Attachment preview to Off.
We’re always interested in new ideas, but we need some more specific feedback to fix the problem for you. If you have more detailed suggestions, please update your idea or add a new one.

Unread mail going in deleted folder. Some is important. I now have to check my deleted folder ever day to make sure I get it. This needs to be fixed. Some people probably don't even know this is happening.

Your Junk Email detection SUCKS! Why do you identify emails from outlook.com as spam, and then i can't send emails anymore, and don't get notice because it is in junk email folder?

You have a SERIOUS bug!!!!! Mail from my contacts is going to my Deleted folder for no reason!!!!!!!!! I have had serious miscommunication issues with multiple people, only to later find their mail in the Deleted folder!!!!!! What the **** is wrong with Hotmail!!!!! And yet when I mark items in my Junk Email as Phishing over and over and over, they keep re-appearing. I'm now going to stop using Hotmail totally. There's no reason why my contacts' mail should be deleted for no reason!!!!

Many safe messages from friends in my Contacts list and from billers are going automatically into my Deleted folder--not even my Junk Mail folder, but my DELETED folder! I missed bills from one of my credit cards for 2 months in a row already! This is terrible. I think I'll switch all of the e-mail addresses for my billers to my Gmail account.

E-mails going to the deleted folder. I don't know why, but it keeps happening. I think the 'Sweep' function has a glitch. I have organized e-mails other than from people (newsletters, loyalty memberships, etc...) to go to a specific folder. However I go to my deleted folder and there's the MOST recent e-mail from a safe sender that's been moved there, and not by me. Sigh.
