be able to sort rules alphabetically by sender

Does Outlook respond to these questions?

There is an option to put emails in alphabetical order of sender.
How can I select all the massages of that sender at the same time without having to click on each message separately? There does not seem to be a way. It would be very helpful if there were.

Currently, Outlook email shows the recipients in the order they are added when sending an email. It would be preferred for the names to automatically be sorted in alphabetical order prioritizing contacts that are saved and then the email addresses that do not have a first and last name associated with them.
The reason for this would be to keep business as business and not have anyone feeling like they are the last person the sender thought of when receiving an email with multiple recipients who all work on the same team.
Rules -- would be great to be able to sort ALPHABETICALLY or by LAST UPDATED DATE.
Right now, it is very hard to spot duplicates.
Also, that had to be a better way to drag RULES up & down the list.
Can the Rule list automatically put rules in by the alphabet method, A B C and so forth?
How do I search for my sweep rules? There used to be a search function but now it seems I have to scroll through all of the rules. This is ridiculous. Why are you making things worse?
Is there anyway of putting the rule list by alphabet? Also if we have a rule already in there, can you say something like rule already in list?
Also I like the envelope on the left side of the email to make up a rule, If you change anything please keep that one in there. Good job so far
It would be nice if you could organize your 'rules' alphabetically to see if you have more than one rule set up for a certain sender. For example, I get a lot of 'newsletter' type e-mails (from loyalty programs, restaurants, etc...), so I created my own folder for messages of this nature. I set up rules (or sweeps) to for these types of e-mails to go directly to that folder so my smart phone isn't 'pinging' for every new message. Only messages from actual people go to my inbox. Trouble is, I find some of these messages in my deleted folder. I so miss the old Hotmail!
