Less header space
You have really improved Outlook for the web. This would help me. I'm used to using Thunderbird but it's so slow on Windows 10 that I pretty much use your web Outlook. This would really be an improvement for me. You wast too much space in the inbox for individual messages. Half of the message is blank space. I can get 5 messages in the inbox at one time. I have the actual message at the bottom of the page. Can you take out this wasted space? If you did, I could get 10 messages at a time in the inbox. This helps me to "speed read" what is in my inbox and helps me determine what to read and what to delete. Thanks for a great product.

The reading pane header takes up a full 2.5 inches of space that could be used for the actual message. In previous versions of outlook, there was an option to hide the header but it's not in 365. We also can't change the font or make it any smaller, so the option to hide it should be there. I have to scroll to actually see the body of the message and this makes it impossible to speed read. It's a huge waste of space. Shouldn't be that difficult to get rid of it or minimize it.

The message header information in the reading pane is wasted screen space. Allow the user a setting option to remove the message header information or at least condense the information to a single line.
NO DOUBLE SPACING PLEASE
Header 1: The nine-dots, "Outlook", search bar, Options, ?, Avatar.
Header 2: The three-lines, + New Message, Delete all, Mark all as read, Undo.
Could have combine both to make it into one line.
