Hard to get senders email visible.
Sender email address must be visible at any time. In tis new design you can not see the sender when you are not opened the message. Even when you have opened the message the sender email is not visible. This is problem with junk mail which is coming hard at the moment.

I just got a phishing email from British Gas and Outlook is not showing the email from address. Why? You idiots. Way to help people identify dodgy emails.

I am not sure why my comment/feedback was merged with this comment - they are 2 different issues. Obviously this issue is something that I am either going to have to live with or else delete my outlook account for one that is more user friendly.

When I click on a senders name/email in a received email, it doesn't show me the persons contact info as I have it saved in my address book, it just shows me their name. I use this email to communicate with tenants in an apartment building and have their apt numbers saved in their contact page before their name in order to easily identify them - the only way I can see this now is to go to my address book and search for them every time I get an email to figure out what apt they are in. This wasn't an issue with the old outlook format. Extremely frustrating.
