Unable to view web based outlook on 2 separate laptops. Why?

I could not view my web based inbox on another laptop (LT2). The inbox and sent items were empty on another laptop (LT2) when I logged in the web based outlook. However, I could view my inbox when I logged in the web based outlook on the original laptop (LT1). Please advise what I need to do to be able to view my web base inbox on both LT1 and LT2. Thank you 07/11/18
