Attaching a photo in an email message.
In old Outlook we used to be able to move an attachment (photo) to the body of an email. I don't find that option in the new Outlook. Please bring it back.

These instructions do not work any more. Please bring them back. I, for one, like to put a face to my contacts. I really miss this feature!
Outlook.com does provide a picture to some Contacts like cs@cleverbridge.com and deank333@hotmail.co.uk, but not others. For the other Contacts, I would like to add my own pictures following the old directions that once worked below:1 On the People page, select a contact.
2. Select Edit contact, and then select the camera icon.
3. Select the camera icon to add a photo
4. Select Upload a photo, choose the file you want to use, and then select Open to upload.
If you want to reposition the photo, click inside the circle and drag the pointer. To zoom in or out, use the slider below the photo.
Adjust the photo and select Apply
Select Apply and then Save.Thank you,

When you select attach then select pictures the next dialog asks how you want to send them, use the bottom option to" Insert a Picture/Embed a picture in your message".

Bring back drag and drop photo attachment. Much easier to insert photo to body of email. The new way takes to many steps.

New OL Web mail - https://outlook.live.com/mail/ - No longer possible to move image to message body.
[add attachments] documentation does not address the issue. Why implement a "new" anything if it reduces functionality & makes a product worse.
Just because something is OLD doesn't mean it's not effective!

No longer have 'move picture to box of mail' option with attachments. This makes it difficult to annotate pics.
