Want Classic Back!
Title: Want Classic Back: I want switched back to classic view. There is no option for me to switch to classic. I was forced to use beta. Please make it an option to choose.
First off, I just want to thank each and everyone of you for taking the time and providing feedback on the new Outlook.com experience. I totally appreciate that updates can often be frustrating when things change. I also want to thank everyone that has provided feedback over the course of the Beta to ensure that we address feedback.
With that being said, I do want to offer some types/advice on some options that you can select to get a view that is more in line with the old experience. This includes turning off the Colored bubbles :)
First click on the Gear in the top right hand corner. This will load the Quick Settings Pane. This pane includes all of the key features that are likely different between the old experience and the new experience.
To get a view that is similar to the old view I would turn off the following: Conversation View, Reading Pane (set to Hide), Sender Image (these are the colored initial circles), Group by Date (these are the date headers in the message list), and finally Attachment Preview.
Once these are off, the view should look VERY similar to the old experience.
Again please keep the feedback coming, the entire team is reviewing every submission and we are working on bringing additional improvements.
Some of these include, Density settings (this will help those that want a more compact view), updated spam/junk settings, Chat improvements, and much much more.
Thanks again for using Outlook.com!

In PEOPLE the "All Users" gives a list of everyone in the organization. Contacts gives a list of anyone you placed in your contact list. This is not the same and All Users is not in the new view of Office 365. I consider this a "break / fix" situation and would like this fixed. I do like the new view but it should not take away function.

Why did they get rid of Text Forwarding? I use that.
BRING BACK OUTLOOK CLASSIC!!
STOP SAYING IT'S NO LONGER USABLE!!
in the old version I was easy for me to add a shared mailbox to a email, however with the new version I am unable to find the option to do so. how can I add shared mailboxes in the new version? I would like to switch back to classic if possible

I still cannot block anyone. When will you contact me about this not working?
Don't want the audible notice of new email! Just leave everything the way it used to be. Also don't want my email separated into two separate parts (the message and my reply). Please leave everything the way it used to be!!! Now HOW DO I SEND THIS TO YOU?????

Your email program is garbage. Nothing like trying to forward a message, and the message does not load into the draft message. How about you butt bozos concentrate on getting the basics right; like getting the email to work, before you get all fancy with your new updates?

The new view is ******* my eyes, the flagging feature is ugly, it;'s harder to search, and attachments are confusing, please bring old outlook back.
I would like Classic View back!! Ever since the change to the new version I haven't been able to attach documents from the onedrive to an email!!! Incredibly frustrating as cannot send any documents to clients that we hold on the onedrive!! Please just bring the toggle back so I can choose between the two versions!!!

With modern view of outlook have a bug where it does not allow to attach onedrive cloud files. In classic view it will load all subfolders without any issues. We cannot switch back outlook to classic view.
This new webmail layout is HORRIBLE... Way too garish - it looks like my three year old got a hold of it with a box of markers... Functionality wise, the search feature now take more clicks to refine / choose the specified search folder than it used to (not good). And it has become LESS intuitive. New versions should IMPROVE on the old version, but this just makes it less usable. Perhaps you should have done more USABILITY studies (do you do any? I often wonder when I see MS updates).
NO ME GUSTA LA NUEVA VERSIÓN DE OUTLOOK, LA VEO MENOS OPERATIVA QUE LA ANTIGUA VERSION, DEBERIA HABER LA OPCIÓN DE REGRESAR A LA VERSIÓN CLÁSICA.
Unable to search for colleague's calendar now to overlay onto mine.
This is so bad and slowing down my work. Was working just fine before the change to the new version. Please revert back.
What on earth has Microsoft done to Outlook email? I absolutely dislike the new outlook version. Its like going back 15 years. WHY CHANGE WHAT WAS A GREAT CLASSIC VERSION?
I have been with outlook for over 10 years and if i cannot have the option for the original classic version then i will close my two email accounts and find a better one elsewhere. Totally outrageous

Want the option of an old classic back... Why did it have to become so bloated and slow, it's just email for gods sake. I've had this email (hotmail) address for longer than I can even remember, so I don't want to lose it... but it's painful to use on an older computer like mine. A 'lite' option would be nice. Esp in an age where email is losing its place to text messaging.
I foolishly flipped the little switch to "preview" the new look, and now I find that the switch has disappeared and you apparently cannot revert back. That is outright SLEAZY. I am getting ready to uninstall Office 365 and reinstall Office 2016 again. It's one thing to introduce evolutionary UI changes over time. It's something else to TRICK your users into "trying" new features and then surprise! They are permanent! That shows that they know how ****** the new UI actually is, but they don't care. If I'm missing something and there is a way to revert the little slider, then can someone please share?
Accidentally switched to the new outlook view and hate it... how can I switch back to classic?
The toggle switch doesn’t show up anymore.
Latest version of Outlook.com does not display in Chrome v49 (latest version for Windows XP!)
This just stated happening 5.17.19... prior to that it worked fine. We need a way to revert to the last 'working' version of Outlook or the classic version for Windows XP.
