Contacts in folders do not sync with People nor with Android Contacts
I should be able to create a Folder to group related contacts together, and have contacts in the folder sync to the People app on Windows 10 and the Android Contacts app on my phone.
Currently, when I move a contact from the default Contacts folder to a custom subfolder (i.e. Family, Employees, Friends), the contacts no longer sync to the Windows 10 People app. Those contacts also do not sync to the Android Contacts app.
Please update the integration and syncing with other apps so that contacts in custom folders will also sync.

Outlook seems not to have a People/Contacts Function of its own ... It is somehow dependent on the "Native Contacts App" in Android.
Since Contacts and the various details related to Contacts are REQUIRED ALMOST EVERYWHERE (email, calendar invites, WhatsApp, SMS Texting, many other apps) Why doesn't Microsoft/Outlook take the role of "Master Repository FOR ALL Contact Data" and then allow it out into the other apps as required ... Outlook is sucking data from "Android Contacts" when it should be Blowing Data out to such Apps.

My android phone stopped syncing contacts. I am unable to resolve the issue. I try to readd my account in phone, with this i lost a lot of contacts which were not synced before. Now i have 0 contact in my phone and i can't manage to start syncing again. Any help?
The sync does NOT seem to work between desktop and mobile app for contacts. Also the search feature in the mobile app lists all emails when all I want to see is the complete contact information which usually is incomplete in the mobile app.
