Willnot let me log in
Your stupid email app has locked me out. 7 years I've had this account, suddenly it wants me to authenticate and demands a password I have not used in years. So goodbye outlook. Take your ****** email and sove it.

You might enjoy the new Outlook experience more with a few changes to your settings, which you can find by clicking the gear icon. Try changing the setting for Conversation view to Off, changing the setting for Reading pane to Hide, and changing the setting for Attachment preview to Off.

It appears Outlook sends the same reply to every comment or problem! When you're locked out of your account, that doesn't help at all, and kills business. I don't know how they determine a date to unlock it like they say, but it is too far off and I need to be able to respond to my clients.

Why, when I am in verifying the settings on the "New Outlook" do you decide SEVERAL TIMES to lock me out thinking it is an intrusion? REALLY IRRITATING!
it didnt help me my account still doesnt work and it is locked
Can you please unlock my alternate email account so I can at least respond to your requests and asking me to reply....I can't reply when the account is locked. Thanks. the email I am locked out of is email@example.com
