Outlook not creating calendar events properly from emails
Outlook has stopped adding events from e-mails to my calendar. In particular, Southwest Airlines flight confirmation e-mails are not being processed properly, and no corresponding calendar events are being created. This started in early October 2018.

It isn't just Southwest, it doesn't work for events from my travel booking agency (Concur). It used to work, and the events are still found, but it doesn't add them, even if I manually click on Add Event it just spins.
same with my account. why did this feature stop working...???

Same problem for me and others at my office. Southwest changed the email domain from which they send their confirmation emails. They used to come from iluv.southwest.com. Around the time you mention Southwest started sending them from ifly.southwest.com. I figured this out for myself while teaching Microsoft's support person about how the automatic calendaring is supposed to work. They didn't fix the problem but directed me to UserVoice to make a feature request.
I would be great to be able to create a meeting request directly from a mail with the people of the mail as invites.

Adding a new event is broken in (Chrome at least). If I double click a time to create an event, selecting the drop down to change calendars does nothing.
