Scroll Bar Disappearing
How the **** can you subject your users to a product as bad as this?
The scrol bar keeps disappearing. The list of emails keeps updating.
Are you mad?

We fixed the issue on Edge, this should be resolved.

Please fix the Outlook disappearing scroll bar in explorer please! It is driving me nuts and keeps me from checking my mail very often since it is so aggrevating. don't want to use edge.

Anyone know how this been marked as Completed when the issue hasn't been resolved? I cant get to a scroll bar at all for all day events. I have no idea if they bother to check threads that have been marked as closed so I'm going to open a new one and see what happens.

Using in IE and this scroll bar disappearing "feature" is absolutely horrible enough for me to stop what I'm working on to write this comment. Still not fixed as of 11/8/19.

You 'fixed the issue on Edge'?? The 'are you mad' part is even more relevant now... You do realise there are other browsers out there, some of which have a far larger user base than Edge? There's also other OSes than Windows 10 so that response isn't helpful. Why hide the scrollbars in the first place? Pointless and annoying.

Get rid of disappearing slider.
The slider should stay visible!
Having it disappear is bad enough but you have it go away and the email you are near get selected when you click where the slider USED to be!
STUPID IDEA! Ever get a virus in an email? You know, one of those that YOU SHOULD NOT OPEN? -

the rightmost scroll bar disappears and reappears, making it difficult to see more than my first page of email, if I move my mouse towards it then it appears, once I reach it / hover over it, then it disappears.

Outlook Customer Manager scroll bar NOT working. It disappears and reappears sometimes but it is very frustrating. Please fix this! This can seriously set back people who use customer manager on a daily basis.

A year and a half of the scroll bar not working, disappearing and moving around so you can't click it. People have associated it as a bug or problem with the coding. IT'S NOT. IT'S DELIBERATE. MICROSOFT IS ATTACKING US.

Using Outlook on Chromebook and had same problem, if I take outlook out of maximise resize scrolling of reading pane works, also if i maximise again it works, sounds like a little leak or minor buglet to fix but not too hard to get around

I am unhappy with this as well! With the constant updating and the disappearing scroll bar, it makes it impossible to get through emails quickly! It all started with the little icon buttons to the left of the emails. When those were introduced, it all went to ****. I normally use Mozilla and that's where it is the worst. Explorer is not great, but it's better than Mozilla. Will there ever be an update to get RID of the icons/constant updating/disappearing scroll bar?

In Windows 10
To keep scrollbar from hiding:
Go to 'Settings' 'Ease of Access'
Turn off the 'Automatically Hide ' button. -

Left click at left margin and drag right about an inch. Then click on folders. Pane reappeared.

Folder panel disappeared completely. Imagine how ticked off all these good customers would be if that had happened to them.

Tried MANY times to block spam. I used different methods and the SAME mail keeps coming back. Outlook truly SUCKS!

Having very thin scroll bars that make it difficult to move back several days/weeks/months at a time is a terrible idea. Very poor UI.

This new panel renders me unable to read attachments. Return to letting me determine how I want to read an email

I did not request the new look Outlook. Some of my folders are either missing or can't be accessed. I request to old version back. If it isn't broke, don't fix it.

Please widen the scroll bars. I am old and shaky and it is hard for me to get my mouse cursor to land on the narrow scroll bars and move them.

Hello, can you please make it so the right-hand scrollbar doesn't disappear in my Hotmail Inbox?? That is SO annoying that I have to hover over/click on that area for it to appear. Thank you!
