I would like to see the ability to move or copy a contact from the All Contacts listing to one of the Contact lists that I have set up. This would save someone from having to go through your entire listing and copying the emails of the people you would like to add to that list. It would enable me to send emails much more quickly to those people.
It would also be useful to sync contacts on lists. I have just moved over from Gmail, where I have lists set up. Some people fall on multiple lists. As contact lists aren't synced with contacts, if someone changes their email address I have to manually find which lists they are on and update. This seems utter madness, but clearly by design, at the tip explicitly states that contacts are synced and that manual update is needed.

I am in favor of such a feature since I have a new Outlook.com email address. An important aspect of my work with my Church volunteers is sending notifications to them as one group. As it it setup Outlook.com does not make compiling such contact lists easy.
Added contacts but cannot get them put in a contact list. Waited overnight but contacts there and not able to add to contact list.
