The new Outlook does not work well with legacy browsers
The new Outlook does not work well with legacy browsers. Some of us can't upgrade browsers because of company security policies :-(

Older browser is max for OS. Firefox v48 is max for Mac OS 10.6, which is needed for specific compatibilities. New Outlook on old browser still does what the Beta was doing, reloading with mouse scrolls. Hence, an example of the reports of "Outlook Update SO SLOW".
