You say you have upgraded the service, but from what I see you have downgraded it.
Yesterday I could click on the "FIlter" by "From" and quickly go to the alphabetized list of "Froms" and find my email very quickly.
Today, you have slowed down the search results so that when I click on Filter by From, it takes many minutes just to get to the bottom of the "A"s, let alone find an email from someone in the middle of the alphabet.
This backward software approach, where more complicated softweare approaches only yields much slower and even no-results-at-all results is precisely why I moved my email from Comcast to Hotmail.
Unless you can offer me a quick way to navigate the Filter by From, I think its time I leave hotmail. which had served me well, until today....
I hear that Comcast abandoned their own clumsy software similar to what Hotmail now has. Maybe Ill give them a second look
