I despise the new layout. Functionally, it has made using my email a chore. Click on folders in anyway that isn't perfectly dead-on moves them, often into another folder, and then can't be undone back into their own separate folder. Selecting "select all" emails used to only select all emails currently visible on my screen, and then offered me the option to select every email present in my inbox. Now it only does the latter, which has made upkeep much more time consuming. Emails themselves, opposite of the folders: tying to select mulitple email for action or flag one often result in that email simply opening, unless you clicked the icon you actually wanted exactly dead center. It is a complete nightmare.

It is vital that the Select All box only select what is visible. I realize this is difficult if all are on the same page & seen via scrolling rather than on successive pages as they are in yahoo & other programs, but it is IMPORTANT. If Select All selects unseen items, it is too easy to move or delete something unintentionally.
