Forcing change/Perspective
Sure wish you would stop forcing change on Users. Additionally, would appreciate it if you all would stop using/making assumptions to win Users over. For example: You introduced Skype. Whether we wanted it or not, you forced it upon us, with no option to Opt out. Even if you stop the lync and such, come the next update, its just back there again. I think most would agree, we would like the option of saying yes or no to something added to the service we are accustomed to. Then there is my IM visibility in email. You all think, "Why wouldn't the whole world want to know when you are online/ checking your email!" While most would prefer NOT to visible as the default out of personal privacy - but no option is available to permanently stay invisible. And now? BETA email layout. Why remove the option of staying with the Classic Outlook email format? Most Businesses still use this and its perfectly functional and clear; but nope, Microsoft says, if you are an individual User, you don't get a choice! Use BETA or move on. It just appears to me(at times) that you all seem to want to drive business away from you. I just don't understand this. I'm not a fuddy duddy. Just a person who liked things the way Microsoft sold them to me, whether purchased or not. Translation: Your products were fine before you adapted to this new business construct/model that says "If we don't force people to change, we will die as a leader of the industry." Sorry...but you could not be more wrong! Couldn't you move your interests to, I dunno, curing Cancer or something? With all your drive to re-invent the wheel of Outlook email layouts an functionality, I'm thinking you could have cured this disease by now. In the meantime, back to reading the manual on how to navigate the latest and supposed great Microsoft update. Sigh :(

You might enjoy the new Outlook experience more with a few changes to your settings, which you can find by clicking the gear icon. Try changing the setting for Conversation view to Off, changing the setting for Reading pane to Hide, and changing the setting for Attachment preview to Off.

I do not like the new email, I would also prefer to be told in advance that it would be changing and be given the option to keep it the same or to change, what happened to individual choice??!!
