New user interface for email - DREADFUL
So I have logged into my email account to find it in a horrendous layout and new font style with a high number of distractions and not to mention ads that pop up between the mail I have received. NOTHING was wrong with the old layout, while features such as focused inbox were still available. If this mess is not sorted out and reverted I will switch my primary personal email address to another service provider! Whoever thought of this needs to seriously reconsider their choices.

You might enjoy the new Outlook experience more with a few changes to your settings, which you can find by clicking the gear icon. Try changing the setting for Conversation view to Off, changing the setting for Reading pane to Hide, and changing the setting for Attachment preview to Off.
We’re always interested in new ideas, but we need some more specific feedback to fix the problem for you. If you have more detailed suggestions, please update your idea or add a new one.

I find that the previous design of the envelope was much better
Microsoft doesn't care about the customer, just its own 'bells & whistles' it can create. It claims we can change the format in the 'settings' mode -- mine won't even OPEN or show ANY settings. A disaster. The icons are the worst -- distracting, space-consuming, and useless. Please LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!
