Can no longer drag & drop emails to folders
Can no longer drag and drop emails to folders. It only works if that email is not the current one open. So if I have only one email left in my inbox (I like to keep my inbox empty) I can't drag and drop that last remaining email because that one is "open" I have to click on the little circle to the left of the email, then from the drop down folder menu click on the folder I want it to go to. This is more time consuming .This is using google chrome and IE and from other computers as well, both PC and Mac.

We’ve fixed and shipped this bug fix. Drag/drop should now work in all browsers.

I am trying to move folders from one file to another, i.e., I have an Open Client folder with client folders in it and a Closed Client folder with closed cases in and I just want to move the closed case into the closed file. It now bounces right back to the Open Client folder. It never used to. I used to be able to move folders everywhere. What happened?

Yeah this isn't fixed. Maybe it was but it broke right away. I tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge, & IE, none worked.

Here is the fix!
open Task Manager, kill the Explorer process tree, ctrl-alt-delete, re-open Task Manager, run new task, explorer.exe, then relaunch Outlook and test -

I can't drag an email into a folder or sub-folder after doing a search in the searchbox of outlook, for certain topics eg. all emails to do with headings of "freezer frost".
I can, however drag emails into folders if I drag without doing a search.
This is time consuming as I have to go through all my emails and pick the ones I wish to drag into a folder.
I am on windows 10 -

Sometimes I can drop and drag an email to a folder. for a few times, but then something happens and the next time I try to drag....gmail bounces to the top of my folders, where it says Inbox, instead of the folders section staying where it was (I have a lot of folders) and allowing me to drag straight over to the folder I wanted. Something is causing the folders section on the left to move when I drag, and it didn't used to do this. I end up having to close Google and resign in. This is a BIG issue. Why have gmail if we can't manage our email efficiently?

You haven't fixed this problem. Drag and drop does not work and I cannot choose to move to another folder by selecting move from the drop down menu. How can I keep my inbox organised?
