Reading Pane Issues
Here are a list of Issues tested on both Mac (Safari) and Windows (IE):
Unable to reduce the Inbox Pane (second pane) below a certain size, which would result in the Reading Pane being too small. (Previously, there was more flexibility in adjusting the various panes to make a larger Reading Pane)
Advertisement on the right is taking up too much space, which adds to the problem of the small Reading Pane
Reading pane is now auto shrinking email messages to fit, making messages too small to read. (Previously, it does not, and simply allows for horizontal scrolling) Suggest to allow users to choose original size or shrink to fit.
After scrolling down an email message, and then selecting another new mail, the scroll remains at the bottom. This does not makes sense. For every new email selected, the scroll should reset back to the top of the mail.
I just upgraded my ipad6 IOS to 13.1.2 Outlook live web is out of proportion, reading pane too small and cant see how to adjust. I need direction or this not well tested

Display reading pane at bottom option does not work. The option only works for reading pane on the Right or Hide. Please fix this defect or document how to make it work.

Experiencing the same reading pane font size issue here, using Chrome. No way to enlarge the texts unless open the message in a new window.
Either the folder list pane can be folded or the Ad column go slimmer.
I can't make the reading pane big enough and ads crowd the screen on the right hand side. I can't see an obvious way to allow me to customise the view.

Please allow for adjustment upwards of the reading pane--all the way up if possible. It's height limit is way too low for proper reading and replying.
When I select Reading Pane view to be on the Bottom, it's not displaying a single email message at the bottom. It's showing like there's No Message. Please fix, because I don't like having my Reading Pane on the right although it is showing on the right when I select it to view on the right side.
when an email is a newsletter, outlook shrinks the email to fit the existing window. However the font size becomes so small, it is almost impossible to read.

On a vertical monitor, having the reading pane below the mail list is handy.
But in this new preview, the height of the mail list is fixed between 270px and 535px.
On a Vertical monitor, it would be nicer to devote more height to the mail list and less to the reading pane.
Please allow a greater flexibility of the reading pane height (e.g data-max-height="1000").
I contacted "support" about this because this is at the top of my very long Beta complaint list. MS blamed it on my browser, Chrome. I was told to clear the data from my Chrome cashe and MAYBE that would work. I don't want to do that and loose all that saved data. So the question is, why release a product that is not compatible with the most popular web browser. Chrome isn't broken; Beta is. Give us the option to change back to classic! I can't believe MS did that without the customer's consent. I wasted hours of work time today playing with this trying to get it to function. So MS you learned your lesson, change it back and don't try to pull this again.
We need to be able to expand the lower reading pane much farther. Previously, we could expand it to show only a couple of emails in the top pane which made the bottom reading pane larger.
i dont want to see any ad when i open the outlook inbox.
Currently ad is occupying half of the viewing pane and it is very irritating as i cannot read my mails as there is any space left on the page.
please narrow the inbox to give more room for the reading panel Please!!

My Inbox message list is taking up almost all of my page. How do I condense the Inbox message list in order to have more room to read and write messages?

The reading pane doesn't allow you to rescale it so part of the email is either cut off by the annoying advertising column, or the email is scaled to a point where you cannot read the text of the email as it is so small. Surely, some kind of control over the scaling would be good if you insist on auto-scaling the reading pane in such an unhelpful way?
It would be awesome if the reading pane on the right had a close button, and would reopen when i click on an email. I like the pane, but it takes up alot of space and crowds up my email list.
