I simply do not like it. I do not understand why you people continue to ***** up an email service that did not need to be changed.
I simply do not like it. I do not understand why you people continue to ***** up an email service that did not need to be changed. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the original Hotmail.
First off, thank you all for using outlook.com and for providing such great feedback. I wanted to address the feedback that you have left about not being able to do some of the advanced search that you had in the older outlook.com experience.
We actually do have advanced search. When you click in the Search box at the top of the screen, it will expand and there is a “filter” icon. If you click that icon you should be able to do date search, attachments, etc.
Hope this helps
JESUS F-WORD GEIST! STOP TRYING TO FIX SOMETHING THAT'S NOT BROKEN!!! THE NEW OUTLOOK GUI IS A HUDDLED MESS!!!!! GAH!!!!!!!!
Who or what wrote the code for Outlook mail perhaps a **** monkey. I'd hate to see what we'd get if it were the paid version.

Fortunately, Microsoft has told us they will take our suggestions into account. Hopefully, they will do as they said.
I DO NOT like that my font suddenly changed to this cursive type without me wanting it.
PLEASE DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN USER FEEDBACK ON:
- FIXING FEATURES IN BETA THAT WORKED FINE IN CLASSIC
- CONSIDERING "NEW FEATURES" for "post-Beta".
1) In Beta, I can no longer Attach a file to a new message to be sent.
2) In Beta, when I read a new message, I like to put it into a folder. I have (in Classic) a very nice folder layout, making it easy to find and file stuff. But with Beta, when I go to file a message, I am required to scroll through ALL the "multi-levels" of the Folder storage hierarchy I created.

Just how much more information do you need? OMG, isn't tapping the "X" to close windows/tabs been around a million years and my comment doesn't make sense? What's wrong with you??? I don't want to use hot keys to CLOSE TABS/WINDOWS. I want to tap the "X" with my bony index finger.
Rebecca Worthington commented
Can't close tabs/windows by tapping "X".

When u change stuff like u did, it makes G-mail, etc, look so much better. If it's working, LEAVE WELL ENUF ALONE.

This is change for changes sake ,some one oe soeones have a job to improve something that already works ,if they didnt change it they would not have a job ,so guess what ! It is utterly useless ,all you have done is increase gmails market share.
these ugly *** colours are ******* terrible. stop changing **** when it doesn't need changing. for **** sake.
I do NOT like outlook constantly changing. I have very limited time and having to constantly try and figure out the new look, etc is a pain in the neck! Once something works, why fix it if it's not broken???!
It looks like a teaching tool for someone with no experience with email. The sender icons, the lines separating one email from another, large spaces, etc. Dumbed down design. My eyes are having a difficult time delineating between email messages despite the separator lines. I'll give Outlook a month to switch back or fix this before I look elsewhere. Oof.

ok, stop with the updates already, outlook worked fine with the last version and amazingly eve the version below, so please stop changing!
New design unnecessary. An email site doesn't have to be fancy, it should be functional. Every time you change the design of it, people have to adapt to it, and people don't want to adapt to it. Just stick to the old design and don't change it, unless it is really necessary.
Please can we just leave the look and feel alone? I just want a traditional email account with a list of messages like it was originally. A library doesnt change the way it lays out its books every few years, they just stay organised, in order, on the same shelves so we know what to do when we get in there. Can't you just keep it simple please? Im 35 and its irritating. My mother is in her 70s and cant stand when things look unfamiliar.
why change it when it wasnt broken
