Improve performance and filtering

Improve your junk message filtering. My important message is going into the junk folder. Also plz improve the performance as well. It has become very slow now. Opening an email takes a lot of time even though I am using wifi which has very good internet speed.

    how can I stop things keep being put in junk like when I order something from a new company I haven't used before it assumes order email is junk happens a lot, how do I lessen the filters to let more thru

    ? where are the rules?

    I have numerous filters set up to make important messages bypass the Junk folder, yet for a number of senders they just don't work, regardless of what I do! Messages from some people in my address book, messages sent from a site I moderate, messages I've marked numerous times as Not Spam, messages from a mailing list which are supposed to go straight into a specific folder ... they all end up in Junk Mail regardless. Please improve your filters. Is there a limit to the number of filters I can have, or something? If so, it needs to be a lot higher.

    I spite of asking to BLOCK junk mail that lands in my inbox, it continues to keep appearing in my inbox.... at least 10 a day.... why can't you fix it? I am simply disgusted and fed up with your tech dept which either does not know how to fix this awful version of hotmail or worse, it does not care.

    Since the changes I have been getting more and more messages re: *** and ****. I do not ever go to any sites like that on my laptop and can not understand why I am now getting this trash. Any suggestions on how to stop this kind of stuff???

    You People are going to send me a link where I can stop Malicious Malware mails and mails telling me my email is under virus Attack. I want this problem taken care of now not next year. Your Also gonna make sure My emails go through like they are supposed to. Because here lately this email is as ********* as Yahoo.     I'm receiving a significant number of spam emails. Normally these emails were blocked by the junk filter and it appears like they are no longer being caught. The increase in spam email makes using the client much more difficult and is especially frustrating being a premium user.

    A significant increase in spam over the last few days. The send from addresses are all random characters, so it is impossible to filter them. It is nearly impossible to use this email for anything. How is this getting through your spam filters??? Fix this **** now!

    Junk mail filter not effective. I am getting tons of spam in my inbox, all originating from the same domain with minute changes in the sender's e-mail address, including domain name so I can't block. Up until recently, the filters have worked great. Now, there are 10-15 spam e-mails in my box daily. Please work on this.

    Hotmail spam/ junk mails filter is not working. Please fix. I see a lot junk mails coming into the mailbox.

    I have been getting flooded with spam for months now and you have done nothing to stop it! Every time I click Phishing, you continue to allow allowing similar emails to be delivered to me. If I choose Block then you still allow similar emails to be delivered. I’ve tried sending some of the spam to "phish@office365.microsoft.com" but it’s had no effect.

    1. You need to add the option “Phishing and Block” that reports the sender and blocks them.

    2. When clicking Block, you have to look for similar emails based on not only the sender’s email/IP address but also the content. So many of the emails look highly suspicious and they offer services, advice, etc.
