Contact List
Just recently a bunch of my contacts, especially my groups, became harder to find. They no longer come up when I am drafting a message. I discovered that I have to switch over to the "People" tab then click on "Contact List" just to find them. This is infuriating.

And weirdly, the contact list retains emails which have been deleted from the main 'people' list

Outlook you failed! After extensive searching and dead end trails I found my "address book" under "people"! You'll have to do better the next time you "Improve" Outlook. Hours of fruitless searching for something that should be in plain sight always preferred over enjoying my e-mails.

Contact lists are useless./ I am trying to add a new contact which exits!! It tells me not found.

I have no contacts in my email page and I had to put myself in contacts which doesn't seem right
