Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback about the new Outlook.com experience! We truly value it and appreciate you picking us for your email!

I did want to take a few seconds and let you all know that there is an option to get an ad free experience of Outlook.com. If you have an Office 365 subscription, one of the benefits is an ad free experience on Outlook.com.

You can get an Office 365 subscription by clicking on the Get Premium button in the left hand column.

For those that don’t want to get a subscription there are two other options that might feel better. First you can turn off the Reading pane. This will give more space when you open up a message.

Secondly, you are able to double click on a message and open it in a pop-out window.

Hope this helps!

David Los

please make the e-mail panel bigger & other panels smaller as so hard to read, thank you

Microsoft should restrict the ads to small areas rather then showing them as a complete Left Hand Panel.

Finally got around to organising myself and moving everything over to Protonmail: what a relief! However I still need to find old emails every now and then so would still appreciate it if you could allow the email platform to actually show my emails in a readable way. What a piece of ****.

How can I prevent you from deleting my emails without my permission. You have removed a lot of my emails, added folders that I don't want and cannot delete, and even removed one of my most important folders WITHOUT CONSULTING OR ASKING MY PERMISSION. I need the one folder back.

I really like the new feature of NOT BEING ABLE TO READ MY EMAIL because the AD to the right and the inability to shrink the two sections to the left of the messages.
I mean, I honestly can not read a lot of my messages because it isn't a typed script but often a website sized picture with text which then gets shrunk down.
My productivity and communication has already suffered both professionally and personally as a result of the changes that are no amenable to end user adjustments.
No one is looking at the ads when they are furious they can't read their messages. Find a better way.

Check out Yahoo's free email for a fair way to address this problem and still make money -- there is a small arrow on the left of the ad that allows you to temporarily hide the ad so you can read the email better. The ad comes right back when you switch to the next email, so you have to click it again (which means you have to look at the ad). This seems like a fair balance between user and advertiser interests.

NO APARECEN MIS CORREOS DESDE HACE DOS DIAS-. NI LOS ENVIADOS NI RECIBIDOS. PAGINA EN BLANCO.

I agree with David, but it not only causes that issue, but even when I close my list (inbox, sent, etc.) I still cannot widen my email box as much as I'd like. The reading pane doesn't have to take up that much room.
I understand it's a free service, but could you at least make the ad pane smaller?

the email police shrinked considerably, I cant read my emails
removeing the ads on the right side would be appropriate
    Thanks

Move the ads back to the right side of panel. It is interfering with reading and opening emails. Get rid of the 5G ad which blocks most of your folders. This layout is aggravating. Can't access your email. Ridiculous!!! Your email has become extremely poor quality!

I can't even see my emails and I just made a new resume - I'll have to delete this email address or I won't even know when I've received a possible job offer.

cant read my email because of the adds on the r/h side may have to change emails and make this a secondary one. kind of a shame had this one for years use to be Hotmail not out look was great then. would like to see adds moved else where.
