    Where are all my emails? What has happened to my account? It used to be Hotmail and full of important emails, documents and contacts and now its called outlook and its empty!!!

    Where are all my over 20 years of emails gone? Just opened my account and nothing showing in any of my files. It says I have 15 new emails but nothing showing anywhere? PLEASE HELP. I need my email history back urgently. I haven't deleted anything, so what is going on?

    Moved emails to a folder and the folder is empty and my emails are gone. Need to get them back. Where do I find them?

    Emails disappear, the screen flashes, and the email is no longer there.

    Since the interface was updated, some of my emails frequently disappear - the most recent ones. I have to keep refreshing to have them reappear
