All automated!MSN mail is a death! The block only works upon the emails you want. Try and block mail..... you will still GET the email in your in box. 2) why can you Not have a SUGGESTION for placing your mail! Instead it like the 90’ you must scroll through every last box you have, oops it just sent your mail some where while you scrolled. Useless I spent summer teng MSN about their mail. Their only worry is job security by always being needed. I hope to rid my self of MSN junk! Spare me your we will. Look into this. Generic reply.

Currently getting heavily spammed by a "Bitcoin Trader'. I keep reporting as a Phishing issue and block the address but they keep coming, quite often under the same address.

Why do I bother to set up email rules because you either ignore them or don't have anyone smart enough to process them.

What is the purpose of having Block for junk emails when they just keep showing up??? Really frustrating!!!!

Your filters are not very good at stopping spam mail addresses or domains that I've previously blocked. They are continually reappearing!

Everyday I get dozens of junk emails and it seems like the more I block, the more junk I get and the slower Outlook.com is to load. Why can't Outlook be as aggressive as Gmail at protecting me from obvious spam?

what is the point of a block button that doesn't block or are you being paid to let them through ?????

I am so tired of the lewd ****** emails. I send them to phishing, then block them and the same Ukrainian **** women, the local wanting to s--- my d---, the hot young women wanting to f--- me... they are back the next day. At one point I was getting over 100 per day. And then there are the scammers. All sent to phishing, all blocked, back the next day. There are 79 in my junk box today. Last year I was gone for 10 days. There were 1900 spam emails in my junk box, 900 of them ******, and some far worse than the ones mentioned above.
These things should not even be in my junk mail. -

In trying to block unwanted emails, I find that no matter how many days or weeks I physically block them. They come back later and it is "Ground Hog Day" all over again. How about Outlook writing the code so when a unwanted email is blocked it stay blocked permanently?

I have talked to Outlook support about this problem, but Appruv D. refuses to help me out. My problem is: I cannot get the blocked senders and domains tool to block some emails. He won't answer why he can't and he will not answer my questions. He says he is a supervisor, so why can't he block these email addresses or even get the junk email tool (block senders and domains) to work in blocking them.

I have some unwanted emails that my blocked senders and domain tool will not block. Why is that?

More and more of mails from external senders do not get delivered into my inbox. It seems they get blocked somewhere centrally at hotmail - they do not even reach Junk mail folder.
This leads to important mails being missed. Please do correct your engine! In addition, randomly senders which formerly got deliverd to inbox, move into Junk email without me doing any changes in the settings. Annoying!

We need the ability to block on a partial domain name. For example there are sites the end in .xyz and .appspot that have multiple user names, and multiple prefixes before you get to .xyz. I can't block them all, but if I could block *.xyz or *.appspot, that would go a long way towards letting us block out the spam mills.

I called MS 365 and they had a way to fix it. Now perhaps this AH they blocked for me just has not written again, or MS really did fix it. Cause I have never seen anything he has sent. I thought I had memorized how they did it, but I can't seem to find it now. Guess I will have to call them again, cause this lil PITA has a new email addreaa.address.

It's become obvious you are intentionally not actually blocking anything. Setting Rules and blocking Domains does NOTHING as you know. Why not remove the feature totally and stop wasting OUR Time? Or do you have that little respect for customers? I'll continue to BLOCK YOUR ADs until you fix the spam blocking.
