refuses to open emails

I try to open a message from the list, it will not yeild to my command. I try to use the power of double tappy-clickity-click, yet it will not yeild. if I were a jedi I would use the force, but i am not so I just swear a bit then give up and click reply with it selected as this at least lets me read the message. end of story. near total fail.

    I am unable to open email from the FOCUSED tab on my PC, but I can EASILY open everything on my iPhone. Can you please fix this ASAP?
