Having Phishing and Block under Not Junk makes no sense
Pretty stupid to have the phishing drop down under "not spam", it's too easy to click the wrong thing
To indicate phishing mail, why do I need to go to the category "not junk" to push the button of "phishing mail"? This is very very counterintuitive
Not Junk, Phishing, and Block are all very different. Why are they in the same drop down?

If you want to block an email in the spam, you do not have to enter the "no spam" tab. without blocking should be below remove mail or trash.
In the Junk folder there should be 3 separate buttons for Block, Phising Scam and Not Junk!! How can you club these three together??!!
having not junk in the dropdown menu for junk is counterintuitve

Move Block option back to main toolbar of Junk Mail.
The "block" function for junk mail should NOT be located under the "not junk" drop down. that is super confusing

Problem with Junk Mail folder.
Sometimes, after having used the report phishing options in the junk mail folder, if I then select all items - the options are limited to almost nothing (3 options). You can no longer select "Not Spam -> Block" for example..
If I refresh the folder the options are all back.
Mind you - why you have to use Not Spam to access block is beyond me!
Why put option to block emails from spammers under "not Junk"? that is nuts
It doesn't make sense to put the block option under the "not junk" menu. When I want to block an email address, it's because it's junk/spam.

When you click the "Not Junk" button, it shows you a drop down where one of the options is "not junk" and the other is "phishing" (as in to mark the email as a phishing email), the mark as junk->phishing option should not be under the not junk button.
