Having Phishing and Block under Not Junk makes no sense
Pretty stupid to have the phishing drop down under "not spam", it's too easy to click the wrong thing

Why has this STILL not been fixed?
This is a blatantly obvious and totally illogical flaw. -

It does NOT make sense that I have to select, "Not Junk" to then select "Block" when trying to block a sender in the Junk email folder. This needs to be fixed immediately. There should be a CLEAR button at the top for each function: Block, Phishing Scam, Safe Sender (saves to Safe Sender list AND moves to Inbox), Not Junk (Moves to Inbox WITHOUT adding address to Safe Sender list)

Why is the 'Not Junk' button in the same dropdown as 'Phishing' and 'Block' ??? So dumb

why are BLOCK & PHISHING options in the NOT JUNK button? outlook gives me tons of junk email and no rapid fire buttons to help...just incredibly lazy and downright dim implementation of important features.

"Not Junk" drop down menu.
Why are 'Block' and 'Phishing' under a "Not Junk" tab? Does NOT make sense. -

Reporting phishing is in the drop down menu with not junk being the first one. So you have to click the dropdown next to not junk and select the second option in order to select phishing. So consider moving it to it's own tab so that when users are trying to report a phishing email they don't accidentally mar it is not junk or block.

Plus, it used to be when you blocked an email, it also deleted the email from your junk folder. Now I have to block and then empty.

The new Outlook.com email Junk, Phishing and Block options, stating its been reported but not working. Instead I get more and more everyday and the same JUNK mails; not sure why they have this e-mail options to report but instead it replicates more on my Inbox. Please kindly fix the issue.

Block item feature under the Not spam drop list doesn't work

The new outlook lacks the feature to mark ALL the junk mail and block it. Now you have to block one by one....terrible! I get 300-500 junk emails per day! Never ending junk!
The old Hotmail version had this feature. -

Is there any point in clicking Phishing or even Block to eliminate Junk mail or are they just there to fool the user, because Neither of them work and using them seems to be a magnet for even more junk mail

When choosing to block spam emails, you have to click on the menu 'Not Spam'. This is misleading, the menu header, should say something else - Spam filter' or even just Spam.

BLOCK and NOT JUNK are totally opposite. They should be independent. In the current way they induce mistakes

The BLOCK function should be set independent of NOT JUNK. The current form causes confusion and errors

Outlook is not allowing me to block unwanted emails, why??

Don't hide 'Block' under the 'Not Junk' menu. That makes no sense.

The 'Not Spam' button is misleading - if you want to identify an email as 'Phishing' or to block it why is it under not spam?
That doesn't sound correct. Phishing and to block and email is surely spam?

It used to be that you could highlight your entire junk box with 1 click and block all of it with 1 more click. Very useful, right? WHY DID YOU MESS WITH A GOOD THING?!?!?

It used to be that you could highlight all junk mail at once with 1 click and block all of it at once. WHY DID YOU MESS WITH A GOOD THING?!

Please split the button not junk/block from being the same item. That is completely counter-intuitive, and the last thing you want to do is highlight a bunch a spam and hit "not junk" by accident.
