New feedback from Outlook.com (React)
I'm having serious problems with Outlook webmail today. Every couple of seconds the Outlook tab in my browser (Opera 51.0.2830.26) starts refreshing, uses up to 35% of my CPU resources and overflows the browser cache. Whatever the reason for this phenomenon is: Stop it! Immediately!
First off, thank you for using Outlook.com and for taking the time to provide feedback!
I am sorry for any bugs or problems you hit in the new Outlook.com experience.
We have been working hard to address these issues. I just tested and confirmed that I am not seeing this problem any more.
Can you give it another try and report back by opening up a new feedback thread or contacting support from within Outlook.com
The browser I'm using for Hotmail/Outlook often reports that Hotmail is slowing down the browser then asks if I want to Wait or Stop Hotmail. This Stop/Wait prompt appears a few times each time I log into Outlook/Hotmail.
(Aside, I still call it Hotmail because there are no plans to convert my email address suffix to @outlook.com.)

Hello, each time I load my Outlook.com account in IE my CPU resources are spiking up. This started to happen in last 10 days.
I use Outlook.com (Hotmail account) in IE 11 in private mode on a Windows 10. IE separately is working fine, this only happens as I load Hotmail (if I load Hotmail in MS Edge it works fine too).
