Thanks for the feedback. If you are not a fan of viewing both the mail list, and the reading pane at the same time, we have a setting for that!
From within the beta do the following:
1) Click on the Gear in the top right.
2) Under the Reading Pane section, select Hide.
This will get you back to the Message list only view. Hope that helps!

Your new and "improved" page is TERRIBLE, the emails don't fit the page with the advertising and get cut vertically in half, without being able to see one half. Bad improvements mean: if you don't solve it ASAP I will simply stop using this account, which has been active for over 15 years!
