delete the left hand vertical navigation panel- it takes too much space and duplicates the upper horizontal pane
The beta version has a vertical navigation panel replacing the horizontal panel on the normal hotmail.
the horizontal panel is still there- [i.e. where it has 'try the beta',
so you are duplicating a panel - something not needed.- and takes up valuable space.
can you allow users to determine which panel they use- the vertical or the horizontal.

These vertical icons infringe indeed dramatically the horizontal space and width allowed for the names of the folders and subfolders.
PLEASE, allow us to move these icons horizontally AT THE BOTTOM of the stcreen.

Please remove the new left panel. This takes up space - has a logo and the option to add a gmail account. I do not need to see either of these each time I login. With a premium account, I gained space on the right since the Ads are switched off but I've now lost space on the left because of this panel.

I hate the new format. The messages take up WAY too much vertical space so that now only about half as many messages fit on the screen.
