The Beta version is very unclear and busy/cloudy. Now I conclude that the beta version is secure for sending mail and the version be for no longer. This was previously protected and encrypted. Beta is bad and complicated. That the encryption security is away from the previous version is really incomprehensible. This must be returned immediately. Outlook is the safest mail provider? That's also the only reason I've switched to outlook mail.
Thanks for your feedback. We have made the encryption available for outlook.com premium user on April 2018. Please try and let us know.
Encryption of e-mails should be a basic service provided to everyone (as gmail does), not a "premium" extra. ********, microsoft.

Encrypted e-mail should be a standard and not a "feature" of upgrading to Office 365 - be an industry leader like you are supposed to be.
how to encrypt email
I just wanted to point out that gmail has offered encryption as part of their standard email since inception.
Thanks for you feedback. Outlook.com does support encryption, but it is only available to Premium user. You could upgrade to outlook.com premium and get that encryption feature.

a nice experience......of outlook beta version please never remove this but there should also an option of hide E-mails. so we can encrypt and also make sure that no one can she our very confidential e-mails
Cool interface, great design, real sucky laggy UX/UI
apologies in advance if i come out as blunt or even rude but the interface does remind me a lot of the whole microsoft experience... tons of lags/underlying processes/ concurrent telemetry and a profuse attempt at gathering my DOM/network/general info ... its quite frankly .. the reason why i run away from microsoft.
other than that.
the UI is fantastic ! customization options are pretty freaking cool tool
u do lack a general encryption platform/even if its something as easy as integrating smartcards and basic gnupg(something as simple as enigmail would be greatly appreciated ... i do reckon that, there is in fact an encryption addon that's privy to outlook, but i never did actually manage to get working(granted, i'd been influenced by the staggering low and criticial reviews; - and... to that existent, enigmail and thunderbird; just seem to work. I might come off as an arrogant *****, but if you managed to keep up till this point with my rant... id suggest youd take take a look at the whole thunderbird + enigmail or iceweasel experience...
if u do own a smart card, also...be sure to check out the same experience with the smartcards gpg keys...
its pretty seamless and would go a long way amongst new features in outlook.

Can outlook.live.com send and receive encrypted email with Office365 users?
I am under the impression I can receive them but would like to confirm.
Being able to send/reply securely would be ideal.
SECURITY. t is time to have a reliable cloud-encryption-signature app similar or better than Citrix and a full feature app should be included in the Office 365 Business subscriptions. It should be "user friendly". The current Azure RMS with IRM and OME is complicated and therefore inefficient. Use the KISS concept.
Have encrypting email feature for sensitive information,

Add something to really help end users like adding a button that the user can click on to add encryption to the email. Dont let users hope the email will add encryption just because a key word you may have misspelling. Just add a simple check box and if your 365 account has email encryption it will turn it on.
