I used to be able to group my e-mails by sender and could highlight the first and last message hit delete and they would all go away at once. I loved this feature for keeping my inbox under control. I want to be able to do that again.
There are too many hidden features that used to be an icon. I don't want to have to hunt for 10 mins and maybe not even find the option I am looking for.

TITLE: DELETING MESSAGES OF SAME SENDER....IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A DELETE ALL CIRCLE ADDED TO THE TOP NAME WHO MESSAGES ARE FROM.. SO YOU CAN QUICKLY DELETE ALL OF THAT SAME SENDER AT THE SAME TIME. THANK YOU

There has to be a better way to delete multiple messages from the same sender.
I travel a lot and onley get to read personal emails on the weekend. They accumulate too quickly. -

Need option to delete mails from a specific sender or from address in a single click. for example in mail filter it shows the sender/from in the title band under which all the mails have been sent by them is listed down after filtering, So What I need hereafter is a circle to select that sender and garb all the mails down under and delete it.

Is there any way you can reinstate the feature of hovering over an E-Mail & having the option appear to delete just those from that E-Mail sender - without the HUGE Time-Consuming Job of creating a Task for each individual sender ?

sweep or move all messages from multiple items to deleted items folder does not work. need a feature to be able to delete all emails from specific sender

I can't delete all emails from one sender. Have you now made that a premium feature that requires buying the premium upgrade? You just made gmail a more attractive option...

This sweep function to delete does not work. The pop-up menu that use to come up in the classic version with the option to "delete all" from a specific sender worked better.

What happened to the option FIND ALL from a sender by right clicking on a message and then be able to choose which messages i want to keep and which to delete?

the sweep doesn't help at all - give the ability to hover over and get a search all from same sender, like it was! now I have to manually type for example 'disqus' to get all emails, look them over if I want to read, if not, select all and delete - there is NO option for this now, thats idiotic!!!

Why cant you have a dedicated button saying "Delete all from...", so you can delete ALL from a specific sender ? It would be a lot easier than having to search through 35 folders for unwanted messages that take up storage space.

Enable an option where you can click a sender and have an option to delete all messages from that account versus searching.

The old and the new version tend to bounce around a lot. Please fix that. Also when sorted by from there should be a way to select all for that one sender and delete all 250 or however many of that one senders emails. Especially since if I try to select one, scroll down to hit shift and select more all at once it bounces around. Now, I cannot even scroll down my in box because when I scroll down and very carefully move the cursor back over to the messages it just bounces back up to the top of all the message keeping me from reading or deleting or doing anything. Bouncy, please fix.

Cannot delete all messages from a specific email address. Cannot select all and then unselect just one bc it unselects all.

In the older version, i could select all the emails from one particular email address and decide to delete them at once. in the beta version, i couldn't do that. For now i will stick to the old format

The previous version allows to do a mass delete from a specific sender (delete all from a certain email address). The new version doesn't allow this.
