E-mail from trusted sender ends up in Junk
This has been an issue in the previous revamp too. Even after adding the e-mail address of my bank to the safe senders list, I receive my bank statements in the Junk folder. I have a rule to filter messages into a separate folder. The header of the messages still says "This message is from a trusted sender".

I still have the same problem, even after having a dialouge with the MS support beginning of the year trying to solve the matter, but suddenly they stopped answering. Please solve this issue now.

How outlook manage the junk folder is crazy!!!. Gmail does it 1000 times better.
I have been having issues with this since forever, even today Microsoft sent me an email welcoming me to Windows 10 and it went directly to the junk folder. An trusted email from windows.com!!! Are you kidding me? -

emails sent to junk email has no consistency or reason, you constantly send good emails I read everyday to email now. This never use to happen this bad, Outlook is going downhill!

FIX Outlook to update my safe senders. It keeps putting safe sender emails into Junk and I have to keep telling it that they are Safe. This has been going on for several YEARS now. Instead of adding things to Outlook, WHY do you not fix what's broken??

Important mails from someone's private Yahoo mail ID went to my Junk folder in Outlook. Was expected in my Inbox. I would have missed it had I not checked the Junk folder. Please address this issue, if you can. I hope you guys agree that the Junk folder is not something that I should be expected to scour regularly for private emails.

The junk filter is completely broken. So many important and genuine emails are being hidden in my junk folder. I have no idea how outlook's junk filter works but it is not filtering anything of relevance. Please give us the option to turn it off.

The quality of spam filter has degraded horribly in recent months. I keep finding legit emails in my junk mail, when way too many phishing emails go straight to my inbox! What's up with that?!!!

I cannot believe that the spam filter cannot recognise the ovbious e-mails. Why on Earth would Netflix send an email to multiple recipients?
Day after day...
Even though when I send someone an email, his / her reply goes straight to the spam. Which is obviously not, because I wrote him / her in the first place. -

Please fix it so that emails to which a person is subscribed do not go to junk mail. It’s frustrating that I’m continually having to mark something safe when it’s an email list I’ve subscribed to. Also, if I’ve said a sender is safe, it’s frustrating that it keeps going into junk.

For example just now, 7 of the 11 items in Junk are good messages. What are you people doing over there every day? This is 2020, has junk email filtering not been figured out yet?

I have what appears to be benign email. I have received email from the sender before. The sender has implemented SPF adequately. Why, then would emails start going to Junk?
