What happened to font and bullet formatting toolbar?

Thanks for giving feedback on the Outlook.com beta! If I understand correctly, you’re not finding the formatting options when replying to an email.
The formatting toolbar could be shown and hidden from the reply experience. If it is hidden and you’d like to show it, simply open it (it’s beneath the reply textbox) to get access to the formatting options.

Need to scroll down to find which font is being used - previously the font being used would appear at top

How do I change the font of my forwarded emails? They are unreadable for my viewers?!

If the To, From, CC, BCC did not take up so much ridiculous room, that formatting bar could be at the top where it belongs.
Also, because the To, From are in highly formatted boxes, they cannot be easily clipped and pasted into a running text file. It is so pointless. I spend half my life removing surplus space and formatting from Live Mail headers, and I'm sick of it. -
