Where is the Reply, Reply All and Forward button????
Thank you for your feedback on the Outlook.com beta! We really appreciate this usability feedback. The reply/reply-all/forward options are there under a menu in the upper right corner of an email, but we understand they are not discoverable enough for you and we are considering several solutions. We will reply when we have an update.
Update August 17: We are working on making the individual buttons readily available.
Update August 18: We have fixed this. Please don’t stop giving us your feedback on the Outlook.com beta!
I don't like where the reply button/link is - not intuitive. (maybe in mobile, but not in desktop mode) I know a few users who would find that position maddeningly difficult to discern. Could you maybe move it up with the delete, archive, sweep, etc buttons? Much easier to find that way.
I really wanted to forward an important email, but could find no way to do that. It was one that was forwarded to me and had about 10 other names on it that probably could have been removed by clicking the "X", but isn't that "old fashioned"?

When reading a long email, if we scroll down, there is no way to reply, reply all or forward a message without having to scroll up again and clicking the arrow on the top-right corner. This is rather cumbersome. Firstly, all these buttons (reply, reply all, mark as unread etc.) should be visible at all point of times. Secondly, it would be better if they can placed at same line which has delete, archive, junk etc. options.
P.S.: It is said that a picture speaks thousand words. I wish I could send you a screenshot clearly demonstrating what I meant or what I demanded.
Expand "move to" page, put "send" and "new" icon back where they were, stop piling conversations upon conversations. I do not like this beta; I do like the look though. I would update the look and keep the old outlook format; it is after all decades old and just works. Where did the Reply, Forward and Reply all go? Change for changes sake is not efficient. The old outlook is very efficient for me.
need a forward mail button

You sent me an e-mail message asserting that the reply button is in the upper right-hand corner of my screen. Share and Show All Tabs are all that appear. Steven D. Orr email@example.com

TAKE "BETA" and shove it where the sun doesn't shine.
As long as "beta" is on my computer I am not going to use my computer!
I want Microsoft reversed to the "old" way of doing things.
Can you hear me I want the other "format"...........................................................

Forwarding a thread is very confusing. I can't see all of the different messages even when I click on them. The older version was much simpler.

Make the forward button easy and obvious to find.

You have to be completely out of touch with users when you randomly decide to move the Send button to the bottom of the page, and hide the reply button.
I understand this question it took me a while to find it/figure it out.
I do not like that the default is reply. I would prefer to have all options available for selection rather than click a drop down. I hate unnecessary extra key stokes. Reply, reply all, forward should all be visible. I like the idea of a customizable tool bar
Nice look! but why hide the reply and forward buttons? I couldn't find them at all.... the most important buttons should be pretty easy to find!

I can't reply to an email.
sucks, can't find how to forward, can't delete old email addresses of contacts

Fix or tell me how to send a new email, forward one that I tried to send and respond to an email received. All attempts failed so far wasting a lot of time.
I want to return to the original system.

Location is annoying for such a commonly used function, should be with the rest of the buttons that are used commonly to manage messages. The way it is now is perfect with all going left to right in order of typical use.

I would suggest to make the toolbar customizable so each user can add the menu links in the order they choose. It can also give the option to add the earlier reply drop down.
Bring back the reply, reply all & forward buttons - where you can see them. Speed is of the essence!! Don't want a game of hide and seek.
