There are no up and down arrows to move to the previous or next message.
Add back the Up and Down arrows so you can quickly toggle through the emails w/o opening them..
Thanks for your feedback on the Outlook.com beta! We support this in the beta in the view with the reading pane off which you can access by clicking on settings. We are currently not planning on adding it to the view with the reading pane on, because the up/down arrow keys work on the message list in the same way. We will continue to monitor this feedback.
Try reducing the size of the screen.
I did this and my up arrow in outlook returned.

Bring back the up and down arrows in outlook mailplease....GET RKD OF SNOOZE....IT IS UTTERLY USELESS. The arrows worked great to nav between emails without going back to inbox....the snooze is in the same place and is useless and irritating.....please revert to old system that was so functional
Outlook.live.com on W10: When reading a message, there used to be a down arrow to advance to next message w/o having to return to Inbox. Don't see it anymore.
I think it stinks and is cumber son. Some things are better left alone. You used to could also move the email into a designated folder while in the email. I do not see where that is an option either. I do not think this version is as user friendly. However, the emoji's and GIFS are a great extra added feature.
Please bring it back - very frustrating!!!!

Ever since the new Outlook changes, when you open a mailbox item, the cursor up/down keys are inoperative until you click on the opened mail item. Focus problem?
Why up&down to navigate in time?

Bring back previous support for use of arrow keys, page-up/down, space bar for navigation through email list or email review. Use of arrow or Page-up/down key no longer work on email list or email review unless you select the Tab button beforehand. Using the space bar to scroll down a page also longer works without hitting the tab key first.
These basic navigation capabilites that need to be brought back. without having to use the tab key.
If I select the email list, arrow/page-XX keys should start from the get go.
If I select the email view, arrow/page-XX keys and the space bar should start from the get go.

Please activate the up & down arrows on a keyboard. FYI not all users use a device that has a touch screen.
Cannot use arrows or PageUp/PageDown when viewing e-mails. When I open an e-mail to view, it would be nice to be able to scroll up and down without having to use my mouse and the scroll bar.

Scrolling Within Body Of Mail Message
I am unable to scroll within the message body using the page up, page down, or arrow keys. I have tried it in Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer.

Please allow me to see ALL my emails by scrolling through them, using the up and down arrows, without your program picking and choosing which I see.

Please bring back ability to scroll through messages with the up and down arrows. I hate the scroll bar.
Up and Down arrows are absolutely essential to easily maneuver thru Outlook mailbox when the preview pane is turned on. They should be added back in to the program.
Tried turning preview pane off to find the up and down arrows and did not seem them then either.
