schedule sending email
I'm surprise that this feature is not yet in Outlook. I would like the possibility to delay sending email to a specific time.
I’d like to give everyone a somewhat complete update on this feature request.
The feature “Undo Send” has been available on Outlook.com for a while now. With it, you can set a small delay of up to 10 seconds when sending all your email messages.
Additionally, we plan to make available a bigger feature that is along the lines of “Schedule Send”. At the moment, I cannot provide a time estimate for when it will show up for you. However, we’re very excited and hopeful :)

Can outlook can make schedule email feature like gmail?

I am not surprised that inept Microsoft engineers overlooked basic functionality available with every other mail client. Just another day in Microsoft's worthless software

Any update? It's 6 month back...
I want to be able to work on emails over the weekend without having to checkbox every single one with 5 clicks, but send them all out monday morning. I don't want to encourage others to respond over the weekend!

With in the Outlook Fat Client scheduling is possible. But the function is useless due to the fact that the receiver will see the original time stamp when click send the email and not the timestamp when the scheduler has send the email finally.
"Schedule Send" is only useful when the receiver won't see the time and date when the email was written.
Totally staggered that this version of Outlook does NOT have "delayed email sent" option. Why? This is appalling.
Any update on this featrue @Philip Loh? We're not meant to send emails out of hours and we NEED that feature restored asap.
on August 10, 2017 (yes not a typo, that is 2 years ago) you wrote the following, regarding the feature of delayed sending of email, so when is this new outlook.com coming you speak of, surely 2 years is a long wait!!!

Thank you for providing your feedback on the Outlook.com beta.
Delaying the sending of emails is something we absolutely want to enable in the new Outlook.com. Be on the lookout for improvements in this space as more features light up!
Please provide an option to schedule sending of emails at a preferred time like Gmail & Zoho mail. This will relieve us from keeping emails in the draft & sending them on desired time. Please bring this feature, it's very important.
delayed delivery option would be very beneficial
make sceduled/delayed email a feature for outlook online.

Add the delivery delay feature. Gmail already has it.
I just wanted to do something simple; delay delivery of an email. Impossible. If anyone has figured it out on the new outlook format, please let me know. But this is outrageous and unacceptable that they made something so simple impossible to do. Otherwise the new format is terrible. Shouldn't have changed it.
god, please do something, so surprised this kind of basic function is NOT available in web outlook. You guys do have a high salary, so PLEASE DO SOMETHING!

Replace undo option with a relative time for future send.
Again sending you a CC of feedback to Gmail. I don't care who offers the better email system, but I've pretty much given up any hope you might want to. Still:
The "Undo Send" option should be replaced with a "Default Relative Future Delivery" option. Set to zero, it would be immediate send, set to 1 minute, it would give one minute to undo the send, though I'd set mine to about an hour to both give me time to unsend and to generally slow down the tempo of email. The relative-time values for the current future-send option should be improved, too. In particular, there should be an option to consider the recipient's time zone. I know it's a form of politeness and the google could not care less about politeness, but still...
(And the main problem remains the spam and your corporate motto remains "Live and let spam.")
Sending emails across countries is hectic as work hour tallying is difficult. Sometimes, I'm required to write emails late night to send someone who is working on his desk in working period. To avert that, I often keep them in draft & send them at desired time. Scheduling feature would come as blessing for us.

Please allow an option to unsend an email if necessary. Gmail has had this option for years...it is a a great feature!

Add an option to schedule an email to be sent at a specified time and date.
It'd be very helpful if email can be scheduled on Outlook.com. I use Outlook on my browser. Since there is no such option for scheduling, I'm unable to make it my primary email. I'm required to schedule emails for my convenience. Implementation would be highly appreciated.
Can you please add scheduled emails, the ability to have emails sent at a later time?
