Need to be able to add new folders
Can't seem to add a new folder in "Folders" but can still do a sub folder. I don't want to do this, please allow this function to come back.

Thanks for using the Outlook.com beta! I’m pleased to inform that creating a new folder is something you can already do.
Find the Folder Pane. Near the bottom there should be an item called New folder. Click that and give your new folder a name! :)

The version of Hotmail before this stupid design was better. I need to see the email when I reply because I am an author and help edit other authors work writing in colour inside their chapters. At least allow the choice to see or not to see.
You can reorder folders under Favorites, but you can't reorder folders under Folders or make a subfolder a folder. If you accidentally move a folder into another folder, create a new folder and copy all your email from the subfolder to the new folder. Absolutely stupid arrangement. Put the + beside Folders at the top. Allow us to move a subfolder to become a folder. -

I need help on how to add a new folder. I entered my query and clicked the button. No response.
I had to enter text to get to this and then had to enter the text again. Poor programming

That solution is a load of ****, it just doesn't work. This version {Beta} has me so ****** that I am strongly thinking of closing my account even though this would cause me a lot of hassle. I'mI sick of being pushed around by Microsoft and not being consulted on MY email experience NOT theirs.

There's no + sign next to Folders to add a new folder.
Also, how do I increase the font size? -

I couldn't figure out how to add a new folder in the beta version. Had to revert back to the regular version to do it.

Glad to see it's still there - but I think we're all used to having it as an option in the "Move To" area. It's weird to have to go searching for it.

Due to this comment and response, I found the ability to create a new folder. However, I usually can create a new folder as I am in the process of saving an email to it. Usually, after I select to move the email, a list of suggested folders as well as the option of creating a new folder comes up. This is a more convenient way to create the new folder.
