We’ve now made it possible to block users in non-junk folders.

Select one or more emails and click the “Junk” dropdown in the top menu bar → “Block”, or right-click on the email and select “Block”.

Note: To block users in the Junk email folder, select the “Not junk” dropdown in the top menu bar → “Block”, or right-click on the email and select “Block”.

Correction to msg of Oct. 13 2018 in re: how to find BLOCK feature in the new format - go to top of page to JUNK. Click on that...3rd choice down gives you the BLOCK choice.

Please return the block button on the email template as this is a valuable tool for all users and essential on the set up to have all aspects working properly and provide user satisfaction on all counts.

Thanks to Anonymous who posted here on October 9, 2018 giving a tip on where to find the BLOCK feature. Their helpful post stated to go to the NOT JUNK choice at top of page - click on that...scroll down to where it says BLOCK. Click on that choice. Worked for me...grateful appreciation to Anonymous for your help! OUTLOOK - not all of us on here want things 'new & improved'.

The new format has removed the BLOCK feature. This is an important tool for ensuring Spam & other potentially harmful senders get blocked. Thank you for your attention to our concern about this.

PLEASE BRING BACK "BLOCK" NOW - CANNOT THINK WHY IT HAS BEEN REMOVED - IT MAKES ME CAREFULLY GO THROUGH MY JUNK

  • Anonymous commented  ·   ·  Flag as inappropriate

Use the drop down arrow to the right of "Not Junk" and you get the option to block.

@outlook can you please put it back where it was?
