Hard to tell between read and unread messages
I liked some of the ideas being used in beta, but I hate the new layout! I found it far less readable. It was more difficult to differentiate between read and unread messages quickly. I'd love the option to change the layout to what I prefer. It was enough to make me opt out.

Perhaps consider a slight colour or shading on the unread emails to make them stand out a little bit more than just losing the bold black

I can't tell what is read and unread. Every time I look at an email it goes blank. Still need some work but it isn't terrible.

I like the idea of having rich content in the list view, but not at the cost of readability, or scan-ability of the content. Parsing the content at a glance is important and it's seemingly harder now with rich content.
The structure and predictability of the list view has decreased and therefore adding cognitive load. This is lowering my confidence in terms being on top of my inbox, not missing something, etc. Delineation of read/unread is much harder to see at a glance.
One important thing to note is that I run my view with preview text off which historicity helped by decreasing the amount to elements on each object. In the new version having preview off actually decreases the space between objects and exacerbates the problem, forcing me to have preview on to provide adequate visual space.
My sense of confidence and productivity feels a bit lower, even after a few days of living with it.
thanks.

Quizás pudiera tener algo que indique que los mensajes ya están leídos y no solo que aparezca en negritas o no el nombre del que lo envía.
