  1. Infinite scroll makes it impossible to get to old emails

    Previous iterations of outlook.com have used pagination or viewport scrolling to allow me to accurately jump to any point in the middle of my inbox. The new layout, however, uses infinite scrolling, meaning that if I want to view a message more than a few days old, I have to scroll to the bottom, wait for a few messages to load, scroll to the bottom, wait for more messages to load, ad infinitum.

    Hey there, I understand that we’re having sporadic problems with sending email, specifically that they are being moved to the Drafts folder but don’t seem to be sending.

    One reason why this could happen is if your account becomes flagged for suspicious behavior. If you find yourself in this situation, please follow account verification instructions that are shown on the draft.

  4. Can't attach files - STILL!

    Outlook.com has become a failure. It would seem that 90% of the time I'm unable to send an email with an attachment as I get to notifications to say either "The following files couldn't be attached" or "this message can't be saved at the moment". If this is a lame attempt to have me use the cloud or go 'pro' it has failed. I will now go to Gmail. MS - you're becoming a legacy and not current and vital!!

  5. If folder is marked as favorite, don't show it second time under favorites

    As title says, don't show folder two times (in favorites section at the top and below) if it's marked as favorite

  6. Quick Steps or Quick Actions

    On outlook 2016 I have set up a quick action where I can create a calendar or task directly from an email, copying all the content of the email to the event/task details. Could this be implemented onto the site ?

  9. Keep Sorting when navigating between folders

    When coming back to Inbox from another folder, the e-mails are no longer sorted by Sender, and revert back to default sorting by date. I want Outlook.com to remember how I want my messages sorted in each folder.

  10. Rename folder does not work

    Right click on a folder dropdown allows rename, but it does not work. Also, the folder name is right justified, it should be left justified

  13. Mail > Subscription

    Hotmail/Outlook- Mail > Subscriptions > I can not delete newsletters I did not subscribe to
    Under my settings>mail>subscriptions - there is a ton of newsletters/junk email/spam that I never added and can not delete. I don't know how they got there and how can i remove them.

    No matter what I've tried to delete these it doesn't work - spammers latched themselves this way?

  16. Change it back so that email replies originate with the email address the email was received to.

    I have two accounts that I use from my main hotmail account. Whenever I reply to emails received to my secondary account, I have to change the "From" email address back to my secondary email EVERY TIME, when it used to automatically use the address that the email was originally sent to. It's very annoying, and wastes a lot of my time, and is confusing for my clients when they are getting emails from my main personal account, instead of my work secondary account.

  19. Flagged & Pinned Icons More Noticeable

    Is it possible to make the Flag and Pin Icons more visible with some more color similar to the previous version?

    Currently the icons are just an outline, however the previous version showed the icons filled with a color, for example, of red, making it more visible.

  20. Attaching a photo in an email message.

    In old Outlook we used to be able to move an attachment (photo) to the body of an email. I don't find that option in the new Outlook. Please bring it back.
