Multiple Calendar Reminders
I am looking at Office 365 as a viable alternative to Google Apps. One of the most useful features of Google Calendar is that I can have multiple reminders specified. So for instance my default is to receive a reminder 2 weeks ahead, 1 week ahead, 2 days ahead and 2 hours ahead.
I can only see an option for one reminder on the Office 365 calendar and can't see how to add more. This is a serious omission. A basic calendar requirement in my opinion.
328 votesWe’re looking at whether we can support this. Will update you soon!

Set email reminders on events
Please restore email reminder functionality to calendar! I rely on this to keep track of my schedule and I'm now using Google calendar because I can't get this Outlook.com beta to send me email reminders.

Family calendar iPhone
I had previously manually created a “family calendar” that I shared and was therefore visible on outlook web, app and iOS calendar app. The latest update seems to have absorbed my manually created “family calendar” items into the new “my family” shared calendar which I do not recall being ask d permission for, however this new “my family” calendar is not visible in iOS calendar. Please resolve ASAP as not everyone uses the outlook app.

Print calendar missing
We would like to print the calendar for any range of dates and list all of the scheduled events date and time etc
154 votesThanks for your feedback. We’ll take this recommendation into consideration as we work on our new print experience for the beta.

Expand Calendar Color Choices
The selection of colors for calendars is very limited, and the 9 choices given have several that look very similar. I would love more choices, or at least choices that are more distinct from each other.
142 votesThank you for your feedback on the beta! We’re working on expanding the number of calendar color choices.

Today list on calendar month view missing
Love the email section
When using the beta calenadar, I no longer have today's calendar items on the right hand side on the month view.
I prefer month view and to see today's list.

Automatic Replies (OOO)
The ability to easily set an auto-reply or Out of Office message is very important, and the ease in which OWA has implemented it in the past was great. Very surprised Automatic Replies are not included in the Beta.

Add/Edit Entries in Birthday Calendar
With Outlook.com beta it appears I can no longer create new entries in the Birthday Calendar.
Also, I can no longer edit existing entries in the Birthday Calendar to change the Reminder.
If I leave the beta, I can again add new entries to the Birthday Calendar and edit existing entries to modify the reminders.
Please bring this functionality to the Calendar beta.78 votes -
Task and Calendar Unification
See the to-do task list in the calendar in a different format (not like events), like the weather. The fact that calendar and task are using the same calendar but you can't see them in the same page is awful!
Create new task, birthdays or events directly from the Calendar.

"Add calendar" options (subscribe to calendar, import ics files) were clearer and easier to find in old Outlook.com
The options for adding new calendars were easier to find when they were at the top of the page; now I have to scroll down to the bottom of my list of calendars to find them. It also does not make sense that the "From file" option is under "Discover calendars". If I have a file I want to add the calendar from, then I already know about that calendar and don't need to discover it, so I wouldn't look for that there.
72 votesHi
First, thank you for taking the time and submitting feedback. You’re comments and suggestions are a vital source of information! We’re actually in the process of releasing a fully revised Add calendar dialog. Many of you might already be seeing this new experience. Please keep checking back to see if you have the new updated version and let us know what you think!

Missing ability to add iCal attachment to calendar.
Beta mode took away the ability to add an iCal attachment directly to calendar. I love the beta so far and would really like this feature to come back.
58 votesThank you for your feedback on the Outlook.com beta. This feature will be coming back in a future update.

Different work hours for different days of the week
Lots of people work hours that differ during the week. There is no way to program these hours. I want to be able to set different hours available for different days. I work M-Thurs 7-4:30, and Friday 7-11. However, you can't show differing work time for your work days in the calendar and it screws up scheduling, especially when other people try to schedule things during that time, and I don't want to have to set up appointments to occur every single week to bock that time out. Also, if there is a week where I will be late a…

Enable connecting and syncing with Google calendar

Quarterly recurrences for appointments, meetings, and/or tasks
Outlook recurrence patterns currently include "Daily", "Weekly", "Monthly", and "Yearly". Can a "Quarterly" recurrence pattern be added? This would save time having to manually insert reminders in the calendar each quarter.

search calendar
Old search in Outlook calendar required less clicks, had instant results, and the results showed on calendar in current month view. New experience requires me to complete my query and click search. The results are displayed in a chronological list which means the event I was looking for was at the bottom.

Modify weather locations
I cannot add nor remove weather locations in the calendar, I must switch to non-beta version to do that. Why?

Duplicate or Copy and Paste Event
Please add the capability to duplicate a calendar event (not the same as repeat).
It could be done by right-clicking on an existing event, or by openning it and selecting to duplicate from an option menu.
Then allow changes to the newly duplicated event before saving.
